That’s right – don’t call it a comeback, folks. Because this “primal 101” class uses bodyweight exercises and the monkii bars suspension fitness system to improve the way you are naturally designed to function.
We’ll go back to basics to take both your fitness and strength through evolutionary leaps via primal patterned movements: squatting, pushing, pulling, planking, lunging, hinging, and most importantly, playing.
