My good friend in fitness Jenn Hellickson from the "Kinetic Fix" blog interviewed me about the best ways for triathletes to approach strength training. We got into what I thought were the biggest mistakes made in the gym, what people should be doing in the gym and what the goal of your workout should be.

Head over to her site to find out why triathletes should strength train. Jenn always has awesome stuff on her site, so you should have her blog bookmarked anyway!

Thanks for stopping by the blog, see you on the next post!
