JOIN THE IPF ONLINE FALL FITNESS 12:00 MUSCLES CHALLENGE


Its time for the INTEGRATE Performance Fitness "21 Day Fall Fitness Movement Challenge!" starting Monday October 14 going through Friday November 8, 2019. The challenge takes place online through the IPF branded Trainerize app so you don't even need to come to the studio! To complete the challenge, all you have to do is get up and move 4 days out a 7 day week. That's 12 days out of 21, that's totally doable!

This Challenge Has a Very Simple Goal Your assignment for this challenge is an easy one:

  • Increase the amount of time you move each week

  • Develop a consistent movement habit

  • Have some fun doing it!

This challenge is pretty flexible. Your movement can be one of the planned 12:00 Minute Muscles bodyweight workouts. Playing with your kids for 20-30 minutes.

A lunchtime walk to get some vitamin D from the source or a post dinner neighborhood sojourn. It doesn't matter what you do, as long as you do something 4 times in 7 days three times! Since Community is the cornerstone of IPF, you'll get to join one online.
