Individual Training
This exclusive, custom designed program is based on a comprehensive evaluation, offering the program your body needs to deliver the results you want.
It is targeted to your specific goals, including sport and activity specific elements that encourage you to improve at your own pace, without the limitations of a group exercise setting.
Because of the individualized nature of the program, it is also effective for those in a post-rehab recovery environment.

Group Training
Our Maximum Velocity Program core strength classes will give you an individual experience in a group setting. Group programs offer continual variety, with exercises changed for each phase to ensure your fitness gains.
The group setting also increases accountability, encouraging a high-energy environment with mutual support through each stage of the rigors of fitness improvement. As an additional benefit, many students make new friends and business connections in group sessions.
Because each group is mentored by our professional trainers, this can also be a cost effective approach that still delivers individualized attention for each group's particular needs and goals.

Do it Yourself Fitness Self Guided Workout Homework
Join Al Painter, NASM CPT, PES, CES from INTEGRATE Performance Fitness as he takes all of the guess work out of setting up a workout program. IPF has created a workout series specifically designed for people who train at home, frequently travel or simply want a structured routine each time they go to the gym.
When: The First Friday of Every Month Cost: $100 Time: 7am
This program uses body weight, rubber tubing, stability balls and dumbbells. We will meet three times to cover individual 4-week blocks, and each exercise will be put on video so as long as you have a wifi/3g/4g enabled device, you will have your workout with you wherever you choose to do it.
This series is designed to maximize neuromuscular coordination leading to a higher quality of training, faster recovery times and moving more efficiently in your events. Space is limited to the first 15 people who sign up. Please send an email to info@integratefitness.com to reserve your spot.

WinVision Performance Coaching works with individuals, groups and organizations to help uncover the true leader that lives within us all, and helps to achieve peak performance in both personal endeavors and athletics. Founder Anthony Metten has taken on the role of "head" coach within our personal training facility lending his psychology-based services to IPF clientele as it applies to their athletic training and life experiences.

Policies and Fees
Payment Schedules Payment is due by the 5th business day of the month. Payments submitted after the 5th will be assessed a $5/day late fee.
Group Classes Group sessions are paid in full monthly regardless of the amount of sessions attended in the month. If a significant amount of sessions will be missed in a given month, clients may utilize our $45 drop-in policy.
Personal Training Cancellations Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed at the full rate. The scheduled training sessions must be filled in order to avoid additional rate increases.
If a client is absent (that is not medically related) for more than two, a $20/session missed fee will be assessed in order to preserve their time slot.
Cancellations Due To Illness Often one does not know they are sick until the morning of an appointment. In these cases there will be no charge provided the client notifies the trainer as early as possible prior to the scheduled training time.
Refunds Sessions purchased are NON-REFUNDABLE after 90 days, and a new set of sessions must be purchased upon resuming your training. Sessions missed due to medical reasons are the exception.
