Tuesday Nov 3 The "Power Peloton" takes flight
Looking for a great indoor cycling alternative to shorter days and bad weather this off season? If so then be a part of the "Power Peloton."

Saturday Nov 7 MTB Skills Clinic
Learn the most effective techinques to improve all facets of your fat tire fitness including:
  • cornering
  • switchbacks
  • descending
  • out of the saddle riding and a few other fun things!

The group size will be limited to the first 10 people who sign up to insure a great instructor to rider ratio. The ride departs at 9:00am from Lincoln Park on University Ave in Los Altos at the corner of Edith and University. Expect to be out until 12:00pm, so please plan accordingly.

Have you got what it takes to be the King or Queen of the mountain? Whether you do it on two wheels or two feet, Join INTEGRATE Performance Fitness as we throw down the gauntlet to see exactly how fast you can complete the following fitness challenges this fall:
Road Bike:
Old La Honda Road (3.25 miles), click here for the tale of the tape.
Purissima Rd to Altamont Road (1.69 miles), click here for the tale of the tape.

Fast Feet Hiking and Running Challenges:
Purissima Rd to Altamont Road (1.69 miles), click here for the tale of the tape.
Foothill College Track (4 laps or 1 mile)

Complete one of the above challenges, then come into the studio to record your time on the "Brag Board." That's it, it is that simple!
